Most of the hooks and needles come with millimeter sizing. That can be a bit confusing when you're used to US sizing which uses a letter and a number. For example a J/9 hook is 6mm and a size 8 knitting needle 5mm. So, to make it easier for you to figure out what size your hooks and needles are I've made up a couple of handy tables for you to use.
